Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Skin & Kin community platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing, registering, or participating in the Platform, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Platform or its content.
1. Membership & Subscription
1.1. Skin & Kin is a subscription-based platform offering digital content and community access for skincare practitioners.
1.2. By signing up, you agree to pay the stated membership fee, which grants you access to platform features, monthly educational content, and community interaction spaces.
1.3. Payments will be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
1.4. If your payment fails for any reason (including insufficient funds, expired card, or declined transaction), your access to the Platform will be immediately suspended, and your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
1.5. If you wish to resume access, you must re-subscribe and provide valid payment information.
2. Community Guidelines & Conduct
By joining Skin & Kin, you agree to uphold the values and expectations of the community. These include:
- Treating all members with kindness, respect, and professionalism
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all discussions within the community
- Contributing constructively and avoiding negative or harmful behaviour
- Refraining from any promotional activity, solicitation, or selling of goods/services within the community
Any violation of these guidelines will result in immediate termination of your subscription and removal from the Platform.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
3.1. All videos, lessons, resources, and materials provided within the Skin & Kin platform are the intellectual property of Skin & Kin and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
3.2. You agree not to copy, reproduce, download, share, distribute, or publicly display any part of the content, including but not limited to:
- Monthly lessons or videos
- PDF guides or tools
- Any other proprietary material available exclusively within the platform
Unauthorised sharing or distribution of any Skin & Kin content will result in immediate cancellation of your subscription, removal from the community, and may lead to legal action.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
4.1. You agree to keep confidential any personal, professional, or sensitive information shared by other members within the community.
4.2. This includes business strategies, client stories, pricing, personal experiences, and any coaching-related discussions.
4.3. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal consequences.
5. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, without refund, if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your conduct disrupts the community experience for others
- You fail to comply with payment obligations
- You misuse or distribute protected content
- You engage in any unlawful, unethical, or harmful behavior within the platform
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content, all payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to this policy. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
